Support the Implantation of the Municipal Legislations of environment   

CILSJ is working together with the Municipal environment staff, for the equalize the Municipal Politics of environment, looking for among the several existent Legal Instruments, the most appropriate to assist the demands and particularities of the Municipal districts of the area. The program has been discussed thoroughly in the ambit Executive Commission of CILSJ.     

Support to the Licensing of Municipal extract clay actives  

CILSJ support the licensing of municipal extract clay actives, which are used by the city halls. To execution the program CILSJ hired a specialized company in works of geology, that accomplished the following works: analysis and evaluation of the areas in use; definition of new areas if necessary; elaboration of the Plan of Environmental Control (PCA) with the objective of obtaining of license of FEEMA.   

Program of Planning of the Beaches Borders   

The Program of Planning of the Beaches Borders  denominated " Projeto Orla " it is an initiative of the Ministry of the environment (MMA) and of FEEMA, that counted with the logical and Institutional support of CILSJ, being developed in partnership with the Municipal City halls, IBAMA, FEEMA, SPU, SERLA and MPF. The Project seeks to order the Use of the Soil in the Borders of the Beaches. A lot of workshops has been done involving different actors as integral of the city halls and representatives of the civil society, with the objective of leveling the information about competent legislation, and to diagnose the current situation of occupation of the borders and finally to trace a " Plan of Action " for solution of the pointed problems.    

Scholarship program   

CILSJ has a fellowship program to  Partners' members, that it seeks the partial costing of scholarship for people that want to do course an environmental specialization in any higher education Institution. The value of the grantee is of R$ 150,00 monthly for student, limited to four students per time. Several Institutions linked directly to CILSJ were Already contemplated in the year of 2003/2004 including NGO's.   

Reception of Resources of PRONAF Infraestrutura   

By the initiative of the Agriculture Secretaries, aided formally by the Consortium, the Area was contemplated with two projects of PRONAF Infraestrutura, that seek to assist all the integral municipal districts of CILSJ, being captained by the municipal districts of Casimiro de Abreu and Iguaba Grande. The Municipal district of Casimiro de Abreu was contemplated with PRONAF farmfishing and the Municipal district of Iguaba Grande with PRONAF organic medicament. It was created in the ambit of CILSJ a Management Council for PRONAF Infraestrutura.
